Account Manager - Small Business

The Small Business Account Manager will build relationships with our Small Business customers.

The Small Business Account Managers work on the "inside" receiving inbound and making outbound phone calls helping Small Business customers. The Small Business Account Managers primary responsibility is to give customers a "one stop shop" for all technical needs.

Requirements:
• Candidates should have at least 6 months of professional frontline sales experience
• College degree is not required
• Ideal candidates must also be able to multitask, have good communication skills, as well as make and take large volumes of calls daily
• Candidate will need to have strong customer relation skills and work ethic
• Must be strong sales person with ability to meet sales number
